I have shopped with JC for years and always had a positive experience. If there is an issue or something doesn't fit the return policy is very good (unless you purchase a final sale item, then there is not returns.). Many of the items I purchased from years ago still look beautiful and new.

The quality of all their products is guaranteed to be always best, it never disappoints in that region. Cool new collection with good price.

I had an issue placing an online order. I called and spoke with a costumer service representative who then transferred me to someone on the technical/trouble shooting team. Problem was accurately being looked into but most importantly I was very pleased with how nice, attentive, and professional both representatives were. It's not common to get this high level of costumer service in this day and age. Thank you J. Crew

J.Crew customer service has been fantastic for me; whether it's over the phone or at my local J.Crew store, they've always been prompt and gone out of their way to help. It's Grayers that's been horrible, particularly for a "new" company. I just hope J.Crew gets a new fashion expert because their clothing is woefully out of step with fresh fashion trends and classics.

Jcrew is a lovely store. They offer plenty of sales and very good customer service to their Rewards Customers. I find that Jcrew is much better than Jcrew Factory because of the quality and the selection available. I have also had great experience returning items to Jcrew, the associates were very understanding and helpful.
